You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request.
In any case, you can request the return of the item within 14 days of delivery of the order for any reason. You can find more information in "Returns and Refunds" and in "Terms and Conditions".
In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping to EU & UK.
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom, Guernsey.
If you are ordering from a different country postage will be charged at checkout.

Shipment is free for orders within the EU & UK. Delivery usually arrives within 3-6 working days.
The products are delivered by the couriers from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact FEDEX or AN POST to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact the carrier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted by the Customer Services Department to see if you want the package to be delivered again or if you would like a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request an online return for any reason.
You must pay the delivery costs of your return.
It is recommended to choose a delivery service that offers tracking, so you can follow every step of your return’s shipment. Return adress is noted on the end of your packing list. Ensure your packing list is sent back with your order

Please note that the item must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way, with all labels and accessories attached.
Your package will be given to our Quality Control Office who will check the state of your return and makes sure it complies with our returns policy. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days detailing the refund.
If you need to change the size or colour, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services Department.

You can also the return the products and make a new purchase.
In case of any defects, you can easily return an item in store at NO.20 or by courier and reporting the problem to our customer service department.
After we receive the item and verify the defect, we will send you a refund request. We cannot accept items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
We will keep in touch regularly by email until the refund is confirmed.
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
Returns of Products from unidentifiable subjects and without reference to the order cannot be processed.
The Products will remain in storage at the relevant warehouse for a period of 60 days, after which the Manufacturer may freely dispose of them.
If you change your mind about your order, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request.

If the cancellation request is accepted, you will be notified via e-mail and cancellation will be processed with no cost to you. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your request, the products will be delivered to you.
