One example is our use of seasonal diffusers and candles; you'll often find one lit when you visit, filling the space with scents that reflect the time of year. We’re also proud plant parents! Amid the minimalist whites, the greenery adds a touch of color, bringing a natural vibrancy to the space. When designing the No.19 space, we made sure to include comfy seating for your shopping entourage so friends can weigh in on your style choices from the comfort of couches.
One thing that many people don’t know? Helen’s Atelier is situated on the top floor of our store. This setup is essential, allowing our design team to receive real-time feedback from customers as they simultaneously work on upcoming collections. The environment we’ve created at No.19 keeps the connection between designer and customer close, fostering an intimacy that helps us craft pieces that truly cater to their needs.
